"Unique eyewear for unique people." The name Silhouette stands for the power of an innovative idea. In 1964, Arnold and Annelise Schmied founded what today is the worldwide company Silhouette International Schmied AG.

Inspired by the idea of positioning glasses as a fashion accessory, they were the first to create frames that combined the very highest quality standards, extraordinary wearing comfort and trendy design. VS&R has worked with Silhouette on both exhibition and interior design projects.
